Service reliability is extremely important to you & also our employees.
Because we reserve a time especially for you, we request that you give us a minimum of 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason to avoid incurring a $80 cancellation fee.

Exceptions to this policy would include things that cannot be foreseen.
